Team Building Flying Experience Days

The FlyCB Challenge has been devised to encompass all aspects of working in a team. Essentialy it is an airborne orienteering event that encourages teamwork, problem solving, planning, time management and observational skills - as well as being great fun.

  • Basically, an airborne orienteering event.
  • A qualified instructor is assigned to each team.
  • Teams devise a route on the ground to enable navigation in the air.
  • The aim is to complete the route in the time allocated by solving clues on the ground and capturing photographic evidence along the way.
  • The exercise encourages teamwork, problem solving, planning, time management and observational skills as well as being great fun.
  • Suitable for both flyers and non-flyers, who can actively participate by contributing to the planning and monitoring of the flight on the ground.

Food and drinks will be available throughout your day.
